Faction Rules

Basic Interaction

Required Participation

You must respond when approached by opposing faction members.

No Avoidance

Evading interaction through unrealistic behavior such as running in circles, stalling, or intentionally dodging engagement is not allowed.

Low-Quality Roleplay

Intentionally avoiding interaction will be considered Low-Quality Roleplay and may result in administrative action.

Business and Green Zone Rules

No Safe Haven Abuse

Players may not flee into green zones such as hospitals or food courts to avoid interactions.

Hostile Restrictions

Hostile interactions may not begin inside green zones and must start at least one block away.

Employee Protection

Employees working inside a whitelisted business, whether flagged with a faction or not, may not be pressed or robbed while working.

Faction Pressing

Pressing factions inside mechanic shops, clubs, restaurants, or similar businesses is not allowed. All hostile interactions must be taken outside.

Civilian Interactions

Violence Restrictions

Civilians may not be killed or robbed unless they clearly provoke the interaction.

Warning Requirement

Civilians must be warned multiple times before being robbed.

Hostile Response

If a civilian remains hostile or pulls a weapon, you may kill and rob them.

Cooldowns

Same Gang Engagement

After any fight, there is a one-hour cooldown before engaging the same gang again.

Server Restart Rule

Thirty minutes before and thirty minutes after server restart, no hostile faction interactions are allowed.

Roster Size

Families may have up to ten members.

Street Fights

Families may have up to six participants in street fights.

Defending Block

Families may have up to ten participants defending their block.

Attacking Block

Families may have up to six participants when attacking another block.

RP Base Scenes

Families may have up to four participants in roleplay base scenes.

Faction Limits by Type - Gangs

Roster Size

Gangs may have up to fifteen members.

Street Fights

Gangs may have up to eight participants in street fights.

Defending Block

Gangs may have up to fifteen participants defending their block.

Attacking Block

Gangs may have up to eight participants when attacking another block.

RP Base Scenes

Gangs may have up to four participants in roleplay base scenes such as kidnappings.

Roster Size

Motorcycle Clubs may have up to ten members.

Street Fights

Motorcycle Clubs may have up to eight participants in street fights.

Defending Block

Motorcycle Clubs may have up to ten participants defending their block.

Attacking Block

Motorcycle Clubs may have up to eight participants when attacking another block.

RP Base Scenes

Motorcycle Clubs may have up to four participants in roleplay base scenes.

Roster Size

Other factions may have up to ten members.

Street Fights

Other factions may have up to six participants in street fights.

Defending Block

Other factions may have up to ten participants defending their block.

Other factions may have up to six participants when attacking another block.

Other factions may have up to four participants in roleplay base scenes.

Interaction Timing

Minimum Duration

Hostile interactions must last at least thirty seconds before escalation.

No Countdown Behavior

Verbally counting down timers during roleplay is not allowed. Players should focus on storytelling rather than watching the clock.

Lore Requirements

Submission Requirement

All gang members must submit written character lore in the appropriate Faction Member Lore channel.

Quality Standard

Lore submissions must show effort, personality, and character depth. Low-effort submissions will be denied.

Participant Limits

Maximum Participants

Street fights are limited to eight total participants per interaction unless otherwise specified by faction type below.

Defending Territory

There is no limit on the number of defenders when protecting your own faction block.

Playtime Requirements

Minimum Requirement

To create or lead a gang, you must have at least fourteen days of total playtime.

Police and EMS Interactions

During Shootouts

During active shootouts, players must fear Police and EMS. Players should assume they are outnumbered and attempt to escape when it is reasonable.

Two-to-One Rule

If police are outnumbered two-to-one and no shots have been fired, they may be forced to fear and leave the scene.

Zero Tolerance

EMS personnel may not be harmed, threatened, or intimidated under any circumstances.

Required Compliance

Players must comply with police traffic stops and allow the interaction to develop before attempting to flee.

Block Protection Rule

Players may not flee to their faction block during an active police chase. This rule applies to all faction types.

Robbery Guidelines

Pocket Wiping

Pocket wiping is not allowed under any circumstances.

Protected Items

Radios and cellphones may not be robbed.

Setting Up a Faction

Approval Requirement

All factions must be registered through the Faction Discord before operating officially.

Roster Determination

Your roster size will depend on the faction type you are establishing.

Surrender Rules

Allowed Actions

If a faction member surrenders when pressed, you may rob them.

Prohibited Actions

Executing a surrendered member is strictly prohibited.
